Back in Gippsland, and this time I brought the Net Zero Economy Authority with me.
With Committee for Gippsland, I was proud to host a roundtable with this mighty crew to get to know the NZEA.
The Authority will play a crucial part in attracting investment and jobs to Gippsland through the energy transformation already underway.
Our roundtable covered:
- The critical role of Australia’s most advanced offshore wind zone in powering the future, right here in Gippsland
- Building good, secure jobs across the region in new energy, supply chains, and beyond
- Opportunities for local stakeholders to continue engaging with the NZEA as Gippsland harnesses its potential
